Eye Patches and Chocolate Milk
We have worked our way to wearing the eye patch at night only. During the day the sunglasses are sufficient for shielding his eye. He agreed to wear the patch at night only if daddy does, so there was Husband with his right eye all patched up until Matt fell asleep. To distract him from wanting to go outside and play with his brothers, I allowed him to play on his tablet while I platted his hair... we took a few small breaks and to my surprise he was quite cooperative. We went to the supermarket today, he insisted on pushing his buggy around independently and carrying his own chocolate milk... He is getting back to being himself..
